Refund Policy

Customer satisfaction is our first priority; hence we try our best to deliver the goods in best condition and at earliest possible delivery date. In-stock items are delivered usually within 1 to 2 weeks, whereas, custom orders can take longer time, depending on the nature of customisation.

In case your order is received damaged and the damage to the order is not caused by the shipping company, or if the sizing is not right due to Barry's fault, we will refund the amount less the original shipping cost, if the item cannot be fixed by an expert in your city, via company's standard mode of payment. Shipping charges are mentioned separately on every invoice. The cross-border deliveries may subject to opening and inspection by customs authorities.

Please let us know about the problem within 48 hours of receipt of your order, and return the item within 5 days with a tracking number in its original packaging, once we have approved the refund. Items that have evidence of use or stains cannot be refunded.

Returning an item without prior communication with Barry's will not result in automatic credit to you.

Barry's will not be liable for any damage or delays caused by the shipper or natural calamities or situations out of the control of Barry's. Costs for shipments back to Barry's are customer's responsibility.

Color Disclaimer

Customers should be aware that colors seen on the monitor will be slightly different than the actual due to several factors, including:

  • Monitor settings
  • Room lighting
  • Slight variations in production

For practical purposes, the color variation will be slight. We appreciate your understanding in this regard.

Customs/Duties/Taxes

Overseas deliveries may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once the package reaches its destination. Any additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by customer. Customs policies vary widely from country to country. The cross-border deliveries may subject to opening and inspection by customs authorities.

Order Amendments

Amendments will be accepted if the items are not shipped or custom made. Amendments must be communicated without any delays.
